This drink is very special…
I feel like every winter deserves a fancy warm espresso drink.
This tongue-twister Toffee Pretzel White Chocolate Mocha fits that description perfectly.

Toffee Pretzel White Chocolate Mocha.
- 1 cup hot almond milk
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- Toffee and chocolate-coated pretzels ((I bought mine at Whole Foods.))
- Festive sprinkles ((optional))
- Add the white chocolate to the hot almond milk, and stir until it dissolves in the milk. Pour 1 cup of the brewed coffee in each cup, and mix in half of the milk-white chocolate mixture in each cup.
- To make the whipped cream, whip the heavy whipping cream with the confectioner’s sugar. Top each coffee with whipped cream, chopped pretzels, and sprinkles. Enjoy!
