An easy oatmeal for those tough days
I love this oatmeal so much primarily because it is so simple and 100% vegan.
Although not all vegan foods can be healthy, every ingredient in this oatmeal has health benefits. Oats are packed with so many vitamins and antioxidants and are proven to lower cholesterol. Oatmeal is also one of those breakfasts that I feel very satisfied after eating them.
Do you agree? 🙂
