The healthy chips
These chips have only 2 ingredients!
I feel like most few-ingredient recipes include banana since the fruit is so tasty on its own that it doesn’t really require any extra sweeteners or spices. However, add a teaspoon of cinnamon to these chips for extra flavor!
I mean think about – banana pancakes, cookies, and now these chips don’t really have that many ingredients in them.
I’m sharing this recipe today – September 1st – since September has always been back-to-school month for me. This healthy alternative to potato chips is the perfect on-the-go school or work snack. Make them on a Sunday night (really the most work is just prepping them for the oven), and pack them in small bags for each day of the week!
