One week until Halloween!
I’m not going to lie, I am kind of bummed that Halloween is smack in the middle of the week on a Wednesday this year.
I am also really bummed that a large project for one of my computer science courses is due on Halloween. However, I am especially determined to finish the project early specifically for that reason.
Anyway, these Marshmallow Mummy Pops are so cute. I am always a fan of cute treats rather than gory ones with artificial blood oozing out of cake. These cookie pops are the epitome of cute Halloween treats and definitely are super kid-friendly and easy to make!

Marshmallow Mummy Pops.
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 12 cake pop sticks
- 12 sandwich cremes
- 24 candy eyes
- In a small pot, melt butter over low heat. Add in marshmallows, and heat on low heat until marshmallows have melted completely. Stir constantly.
- Remove from heat, and dip about 1/2 inch of each cake pop stick into the melted marshmallow. Open up a sandwich crème, and place dipped part of stick on inside of one half of cookie. Close with other half of cookie. Dip entire cookie in marshmallow, and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet to harden. Immediately place candy eyes on top. Repeat for all sandwich cremes.
- At this point, the marshmallow will have hardened slightly. While it’s only slightly hardened, take a little bit (it should be stringy), and place over each mummy pop to resemble wrapped mummies. Enjoy right away or save as a snack for later!
