A quick snack for those busy days
A written recipe is also really not needed for this recipe.
I just had my first day of classes of my sophomore year at Brown, and these snacks will make this day a whole lot better.
These cracker sandwiches are so simple, but I still wanted to share the recipe for them since they are the perfect, filling snack.
They are also just the right balance of sweet and salty, hence the name Sweet and Salty Cracker Snacks.

Sweet and Salty Cracker Snacks.
- 6 tablespoons almond or peanut butter ((or your favorite nut butter))
- 6 tablespoons nutella
- 24 round golden crackers
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of almond or peanut butter onto each of 12 crackers. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of nutella on top of the nut butter. Close each cracker sandwich with the remaining 12 crackers. Drizzle each with melted chocolate, and enjoy!
