Who doesn’t love a good waffle?
We’re starting the week off the right way with these Dark Chocolate Chip Snack Waffles that are also gluten-free!
While I do realize it’s been chocolate overload here on Food Finessa for the past week or so, I had to give chocolate its place since it was Valentine’s Day and it’s winter, right?
The reason I call these “snack waffles” is because I definitely prefer them as a snack than a breakfast. I always have a traditional egg sandwich to start the day, and the perfect pick-me-up in the middle of the afternoon is a waffle – with extra chocolate chips, please 🙂
