Dive your spoon into a fruity, tangy smoothie with tropical island toppings
Aloha! I love tropical flavors, especially when they are all represented in one snack or dish. This smoothie bowl satisfied my craving for something zesty, something smooth, and something downright invigorating. The best part is that it can be made with mostly frozen fruit when peaches, pineapples, or mango are not in season. Don’t have fresh mango on hand? Frozen it is. No peaches? Completely omit it or use frozen. It’s that simple.

Although it is true that nothing beats fresh fruit, this recipe is very flexible and can be made with any fruit that you have on hand. I just love the combination of peaches, mango, pineapple, and banana.
Let me mention one more thing: I can’t get enough of coconut flakes/chips. Not shredded coconut, but flaked coconut. It contributes a subtle toasty flavor to the smoothie bowl that makes me feel like I’m sitting in a hammock suspended between two palm trees on a beautiful Madagascar beach with golden sand. Wake up, Anessa!
For an easy, delicious snack, try this smoothie bowl – I’m sure you’ll love it!
