This drink is very special…

I feel like every winter deserves a fancy warm espresso drink.

This tongue-twister Toffee Pretzel White Chocolate Mocha fits that description perfectly.

Toffee Pretzel White Chocolate Mocha.

  • 1 cup hot almond milk
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
  • Toffee and chocolate-coated pretzels ((I bought mine at Whole Foods.))
  • Festive sprinkles ((optional))
  1. Add the white chocolate to the hot almond milk, and stir until it dissolves in the milk. Pour 1 cup of the brewed coffee in each cup, and mix in half of the milk-white chocolate mixture in each cup.
  2. To make the whipped cream, whip the heavy whipping cream with the confectioner’s sugar. Top each coffee with whipped cream, chopped pretzels, and sprinkles. Enjoy!
