An “everyday” breakfast

You really don’t need a written recipe for this.

 

Two eggs and toast or an English muffin have been my go-to breakfast for the past ten years – to me, nothing beats it!

It’s packed with enough protein and carbs to get you through the morning without making you too stuffed.

My Go-To Breakfast.

  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled (Hard-boiled eggs take 13 minutes to cook once water has boiled.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Honey ((optional))
  1. Slice eggs in half, and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Drizzle honey on toast, and enjoy 🙂
