Blueberry muffin flavored oatmeal!
It is said that oatmeal is the healthiest breakfast for you, and with this Blueberry Muffin Oatmeal, I understand why.
With just the right amounts of protein, magnesium, and zinc, a serving of oatmeal in the morning provides the nutrition you need to start your day. Oats are also gluten-free and vegan (simply use almond, cashew, or coconut milk) so they are also so versatile.
I sound like a nutrition textbook, but it is so true that oats are rich in nutrients, including antioxidants, such as ferulic acid and avenanthramides, which is known to help lower blood pressure and lead to better blood flow.
And if you don’t really care about all of this, simply eat oats for breakfast and try this oatmeal recipe because they are very tasty 🙂
