Easy Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

July 25, 2018

Cookie dough you can eat raw!

You can now finally eat that cookie dough before it hits the oven. Imagine all those times you were so tempted to eat it raw – now you can feel completely guilt free!

And the best part is that you can also bake this dough to have fresh cookies on your table in minutes. Since there are no eggs in this dough, the cookies will not be as chewy as regular chocolate chip cookies, but the taste will be pretty spot on.

Also, feel free to add your own toppings to the dough! I’m preparing this chocolate chip version for a special drink coming out soon 🙂

Easy Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup light, packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white, granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk ((any type))
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ((I used mini ones.))
  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugars until fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in vanilla and milk. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop a bit, and enjoy!
  2. You can also roll about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cookies are firm but slightly raw in center. Serve cookies warm.

Bake ’em, and you’ll get these 🙂 :
