A quick summer lunch featuring all those ripe summer tomatoes
I love pizza bagels.
They are the perfect shortcut to a delicious, cheesy, fresh pizza. No need (no pun intended) to knead dough and let it rise for what feels like hours. Simply grab those bagels (stale or not!), top with your favorite toppings, and bake. Simple. Plus, they make the perfect personal-size pizzas!
Summer eats/snacks at their best? I think so.
