Old-Fashioned Peach Butter.

Mid-July Sunday vibes

This is definitely one of the easiest recipes you can possibly encounter.

Throw all the ingredients in a saucepan, cook, purée, store, and you have a delicious peach butter to top any toast, mix into oatmeal, dip crackers in, serve on tacos or salads – you name it!

You really have to use ripe, in-season peaches for this recipe since they taste the absolute best. If you are using under ripe peaches, add about 1/4 cup of white, granulated sugar to add some sweetness. However, if you are using ripe peaches, no need to add sugar because they will be plenty sweet when boiled down.

Summer produce at its finest!
