Immune Boosting Raspberry Citrus Smoothie.

  • 4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 apples, cored, skin removed, and chopped
  • 1 orange, juice only
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1/2 cup apricot juice
  • 1-2 drops Echinacea extract
  • coconut, shredded ((for topping))
  • pecans, chopped ((for topping))
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve with coconut and pecans, and enjoy at home or on-the-go!
