Roasted Cauliflower Tahini Dip.

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add cauliflower to baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Add cauliflower, tahini, 1/2 cup olive oil, cayenne pepper, cumin, and turmeric to blender, and blend until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve with vegetables or pita chips. Enjoy!
