Possibly the easiest asparagus recipe you will ever make
Roasted Peanut and Garlic Asparagus
- 2 pounds asparagus
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup peanuts, shelled and halved
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a baking dish, toss all ingredients together. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until asparagus is tender but not too soft and mushy. Serve!
