Possibly the easiest asparagus recipe you will ever make

Roasted Peanut and Garlic Asparagus

  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup peanuts, shelled and halved
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a baking dish, toss all ingredients together. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until asparagus is tender but not too soft and mushy. Serve!
